110% Price Protection
 If you find the same rug at a lower price and it is in stock, simply contact us and we will refund you 110% of the difference. This protection is valid up to 14 days after your purchase date. Price comparison must be made on final price, which includes shipping.
Money Back Guarantee & Returns
As an e-commerce site we know that sometimes there is no telling how something will look until you actually have it in your hands. This is why we give you 90 days to set up your new outdoor rug and try it out. If you feel your new rug isn't the exact one you want, then simply return it at your cost and we will refund you the full price of the rug minus our cost for the original shipping.
For items sold with a special "free shipping" offer, items that are returned by Fed Ex for refused delivery, or when three delivery attempts are unsuccessfully made, we will simply deduct the standard shipping cost from the total credit. You can send back anything you are not happy with within 90 days... no matter what the reason. It does not matter if you changed your mind, or if the color you selected clashes with the tulips in your yard, or even if your  dog doesn't like what you bought. We will take it back ... smile ... and make
you happy. If you would like

Return Procedure
1 - Please inform us of your intent to return, this will make the return process easier and faster for both parties. You can contact us by filling out the Return Comment, located under the Contact Us link above or you may call us at 1-866-570-2895 to speak with one of our customer representatives. You can also email us anytime at cs@outdoorrugsonly.com to let us know.
2 - Please ship the rug back to the address below. Include inside the package with the rug, a sheet of paper with your name and invoice number. (Please call or email us if you need this number) You may ship it back by any carrier you choose. (FedEx, UPS, etc.)

3 - When shipping the rug back please get a tracking number, the shipping carrier will be happy to assist you with getting this number. Please email us this tracking number at cs@outdoorrugsonly.com along with your name and invoice number. Refunds will be processed and issued after the rug has come into the warehouse.
Product Warranty
If there is a manufacturing defect - You have a full 1 year warranty and we pay for the shipping. If anything we sell you has a defect or flaw... call us and we will have Fed Ex pick up your package. We only ask that you box/bag the product and get it ready for shipping. Upon examination of the defect you will receive a replacement free of charges. We only ask that you take care of your purchase and use it like it was intended. Prolonged exposure to weather conditions including snow, rain, and humidity are not covered under the warranty nor is damage caused by normal wear, mildew, improper care including storage, maintenance, and installation.
Since we are shipping our rugs via Fed Ex or a freight forwarder, some damages, although rare, can occur during transit. In such instances, we replace the damaged rugs at no cost to you but we cannot expedite the shipping to make up for the delay occured.
